Great peanut butter cookie and old family favorite. Always and easy recipe for the kids to help with. You can always use chunky peanut butter. But my family likes me to use creamy.

2 1/2 cups flour 1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 tsp. soda 1 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup margarine 2 eggs (well beaten)

Mix all ingredients together and then form into roll. Chill until firm enough to slice. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
