Spinach Salad

I was looking for a really good spinach salad recipe, I found this one and tried it out for a friend of mine who was coming to dinner this salad is so crispy and great tasting. This is the low calorie recipe but you could add boiled eggs and bacon. I think this one can measure up.

One eight ounce bag washed baby spinach
One cucumber
Two small tomatoes
Two stalks green onion or scallions
Three radishes
One half cup fat free cheddar cheese
One half cup fat free croutons
Four ounces fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
Cut the tomato into quarters.
Slice the radishes and scallions.
Mix all the vegetables together with the spinach in a large bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese.
Add the dressing and toss.
Top with croutons

Banana Yogurt Salad

2 large bananas

2 cups yogurt

1/4 cup nuts (chopped)

orange sections

lettuce

Peel and split bananas place in serving dish. Spoon 1 cup yogurt on each banana. Sprinkle with nuts; surround with orange sections and shredded lettuce.

Cottage Cheese Delight

Low calorie recipe every one will love.This is such a quick recipe.Cottage cheese is very good and adding the whip cream makes it better. I do buy the fat free whipped topping.

1 quart cottage cheese

1 can crushed pineapples

1(6oz) box orange gelatin

1 small package miniature marshmallows

1 large container Cool Whip

Mix cottage cheese,pineapples and gelatin powder together. Blend in marshmallows and Cool Whip; chill before serving

This is a quick easy recipe to take to a party.
